Team? It's just me. John Posson or as I like to say, John from Johnstown. I started Posson Welding when my perfect wife created my logo for me and told me to quit talking about my dreams and start making them a reality.

I have 10 years of experience welding, started off in a factory mig welding forklifts. Now I am blessed enough to be welding pipe in one of the greatest unions under the sun. This has allowed me to pursue my dream of owning my own business and having the best side hustle ever.

My love for grip strength came because my wife wanted to jump on a tiktok trend for grip strength. I became obsessed with getting my grip strength better and better until I then started creating the gym equipment I now use and sell.
