The Posson Hammer Curl Attachment is a great addition for my home gym. It is extremely well built and should last a lifetime. I use it twice a week for 4sets of 20.
The craftsmanship is incredible. Solid steel, clean welds, and a balanced design that immediately engages your grip and forearms before you even add plates. Once loaded, it delivers insane tension to the brachialis, brachioradialis, and forearms in a way dumbbells simply can’t replicate.
